Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor daily work program to keep the progress in line;
∎ Ensure quality of work as per design;
∎ Taking site work measurement as per drawing vs actual work;
∎ Prepare daily work progress report;
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Store keeping, Ledger maintaining, Materials receiving, Materials issuing, Bill checking, Bill preparing.
∎ Checking of all works of construction building & giving update to Project In-charge & Authority.
∎ Staying at site during the construction works.
∎ Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadline.
∎ Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site works as per the implementation plan.
∎ To maintain security, cleaning and safety all stages in the project.
∎ Estimation, BOQ, BOW & Budget of works as required by Authority.
∎ Checking quality of all working materials & measurement.
∎ Preparing MPR, PRR, Gate Pass & others site documents of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have minimum 3 to 6 years of practical experience in high rise development. Less than 3 years of experience need not apply.
∎ The applicant must honest, sincere, industrial & pro-active.
∎ The applicant must have experiences in Cast-in-Situ Pile, Basement, Structural & finishing works of Residential Building.
