Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Business management with advanced degree in IT or project management is also accepted for the position.
∎ Successfully completing certification courses in business analysis, PMP, or PRINCE II is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining project timeframes and status reports
∎ Managing resources for projects, such as hardware and software
∎ Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
∎ Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
∎ Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows
∎ Establish and maintain positive trust relationship with third party contractors and vendors
∎ Produce accurate reports of IT operations and present to management
∎ Liaise with project team members to come up with solutions for improved technological operations
∎ Organize meetings to discuss and review project operational strategies
∎ Ensure smooth transition from old technological systems to new ones
∎ Evaluate the progress of project to determine the need for adjustment in strategy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration
∎ Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
∎ Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
∎ Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
∎ Knowledge of system analysis and design techniques, applications, programming, software development methodologies, fact-finding and documentation techniques are also required
∎ Have a thorough knowledge on LAN and WAN, common software, backup and networking
∎ Techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users
∎ Technically sound and knowledge on IT system management
