∎ Willingness to travel frequently and stay at customer sites outside Dhaka for extended periods as required.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bengali.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, test, and maintain Operating Systems, Virtual Machines (Windows & Linux), Application Software, and Databases (Oracle/MySQL).
∎ Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
∎ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional design and system operation manuals.
∎ Perform programming and customization as per project requirements.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, databases, and smart metering systems.
∎ Administer and maintain multi-platform environments, including RHEL-based servers, Oracle and SQL databases.
∎ Operate and support field systems, including on-site troubleshooting and system upgrades.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, infrastructure management, and software support. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in both Windows and Linux environments, capable of ensuring the optimal performance of our IT systems and field-deployed smart metering solutions.
