Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science
∎ Diploma in Computer Science / Networking / Infrastructure related subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Troubleshooting, Hardware Networking, IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Entry/Correction on Chalan, Return, Store Receiving, Booking, Delivery, Bill and others related work process
∎ Provide IT support for desktop, laptop & also require to troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system is used).
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years work experience as IT support Or Data Entry Officer.
∎ Sound knowledge on Software Installation and Data Entry/Maintenance of Publication business
∎ Experience on Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Production, Inventory related work entry process
∎ Understanding of Computer Hardware, Network and Accessories
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills. Capable to pleasantly interact with different level of staff
∎ Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali is essential
Salary: Negotiable
