Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in CSE/EEE/ETE/Diploma
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer requirements, collecting information from customer and provide technical solution and support.
∎ Deal directly with client over telephone or face to face at client premises if needed.
∎ Good communication skills - verbal and written in English.
∎ Keep interdepartmental communication to sync sales, operation and technical team.
∎ Follow up new customer commissioning issues from start to end process.
∎ Lead team as per requirement.
∎ Candidates must have professional trainings on CCNA, Red Hat, and, MikroTik.
∎ Professional certifications on relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Must have curiosity to learn new things and able to deliver the best as possible.
∎ Must have intention to work at NOC and also at client premises as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 years' experience in any ISP or IT enabled Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service
∎ Candidates must have clear concept on followings:
∎ TCP/IP, IP Addressing and Sub-netting, Ethernet, IP Routing, Static Routing, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLAN, VTP, STP, ACL, LAN, WAN etc.
∎ MikroTik router configuration.
∎ Wi-Fi router setup and DVR configuration
∎ Good knowledge on Linux (Red Hat, Cent OS).
∎ Those who are interested to grow his career on ISP industry and wants to learn, are encouraged to apply for this position.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Organized, highly self-managed and self-starting
∎ Excellent Presentation and negotiation skills
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suite
∎ Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
