Job Context:
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide internal customers with the best service in the recruitment and selection process, to contribute to business success.
∎ Receive and manage new vacancies in coordination with its supervisor.
∎ Coordinate internal publication of vacant positions.
∎ Post vacancies in newspapers and job sites.
∎ Identify sources of recruitment: Job Fairs, Technical Training Institutes, Universities, Selection Consultants, Head Hunters, employment websites.
∎ Liaising with recruitment consultancies and Head Hunters
∎ Identify and recruit the best candidates for the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Apply, edit and interpret psychometric tests.
∎ Induction program for new employees
∎ Make sure the bank accounts are open for the new employees
∎ Submit the completed files to the Supervisor of Industrial Relations, ensuring that such records possess the following documents:
∎ a) search for references,
∎ b) No criminal record clearance,
∎ c) Medical tests
∎ Manage the selection system based on competencies.
∎ Participate as a facilitator in the formation of management of interviews for supervisory and managerial positions.
∎ Make the letters for the evaluation periods of employees who are promoted.
∎ Manage invoices from suppliers who service the Recruitment and Selection subsystem.
∎ Assist in compliance training in the procedures required for new staff as income and personal promotion.
∎ Ensure compliance with training in the procedures required for the position of new staff and promoted staff.
∎ Collaborate with the development and implementation of motivational programs.
∎ Support all training activities related of the system of Corporate Performance Assessment (Growing together).
∎ Help to coordinate the HR programs in during the whole year.
∎ Coordinate the update and cleanness of the notice boards from all the facilities.
∎ Coordinate the communications that need to be posted or informed via mail to the company.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by the immediate supervisor.
