Job Context:
∎ AYAT Skill Development Centre (ASDC)`s core focus is to enhance employable skills of the marginal youth community, including high-school drop-outs, unemployed and underemployed youth. Currently it has been operating five trades which are highly demanded by the RMG and Construction sectors. Over a 1000 students graduate out every year and are employed in various sectors. ASDC partners include SEIP, Ministry of Finance, Sudokkho, Nuffic, Dutch Government, Winrock, UKAID, USAID.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To teach Basic English Language
∎ To teach communication skills
∎ To teach presentation skills
∎ Must have Knowledge in teaching English to young students
∎ Must speak, understand and write English
∎ Experience in teaching under national curriculum method will be given preference
∎ Should have the ability to facilitate a safe learning environment where students are allowed to explore concepts and apply them to real life situations.
∎ Must have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.
∎ Must be able to write detailed lesson plans.
∎ Must be creative, energetic and have a passion for teaching young learners
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 31 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
