∎ SUPERVISOR’s TITLE: Country Project Director (CPD)
∎ MSH is inviting applications for the position of Team Lead, Health Financing and Policy for a project based in Dhaka. The purpose of the project is to help countries increase domestic financing, use key TB resources more efficiently, build in-country technical and managerial competence and leadership, and support policy formation and dissemination. The project also prepares local organizations to transition into the role of primary technical assistance providers and recipients of direct donor support, co-creating activities with national TB programs, NGOs, civil society, private sectors, and other stakeholders. In Bangladesh, the project focuses on supporting the government to establish government-led contracting of TB services.
∎ Under the supervision of the CPD, She/He will lead the development and execution of TB contracting activities. This includes conducting domestic financial landscape assessments, developing opportunities for private sector engagement, regulatory adjustment and supporting the advancement of contracting to improve the quality and equitable access to TB services. S/he will also manage discrete project activities, ensure deliverables, and supervise staff.
