Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree from any discipline preferably from Literature subjects

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duration of Assignment: 2 years (24 months)
∎ Location of Assignment: Anywhere in Bangladesh (300 Upazila)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of 100+ staff for successful implementation of the assignment
∎ Provide overall guidance and input to the project planning and implementation
∎ Pay quarterly visit to the field to ensure activities are in line with the plan
∎ Stakeholder Coordination (Govt. institutions, head of institutions, others concerned)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 20 years of experience in promoting reading habit
∎ 20 years of service experience in executive/managerial position in GO/NGO
∎ Publication of books / research (Minimum 5)
∎ Experience of leading a team of minimum 50 staff members for at least 5 years relating to public motivation / mass awareness campaign
∎ Knowledge on traditional and modern teaching learning practices
∎ Excellent communication and motivational skill

Salary:
∎ Negotiable for all positions with Compensation & Other Benefits (Festival Bonus: 2)
