Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assignment time will be 34 months
∎ Minimum Qualification and Experience in 15 years
∎ Work as a Team Leader (TL) at least 3 number of project in world bank funded.
∎ The Team Leader will be responsible for overall management of the assignment related with planning, team mobilization in implementation and report preparation.
∎ TL is responsible for all deliverables under the contract in a timely manner with acceptable standards.
∎ Guide consultants to develop IEC/BCC materials, training manuals and guidelines for the relevant stakeholder as per project requirement.
∎ Provide training and other support to UPs for the latter to implement the project successfully.
∎ Ensure adherence to the Environmental and Social framework.
∎ Ensure close cooperation with and assistance to the donors for effective and efficient implementation of the project.
∎ Liaise with donors at national and regional levels, and with other government and non- governmental stakeholders as required for the successful delivery of the project.
∎ Carry out all other tasks and activities needed for successful project implementation.
∎ Plan and manage all publicity and promotional events, public information programs for awareness raising issues.
∎ Coordinate and participate in the health services planning and overall monitoring of activities
∎ Participate in different meetings/workshops, team planning to achieve the project goal
∎ Have strong will to learn through learning by doing process
∎ Provide all types of necessary supports to the Project office
∎ Willing to work in a team
∎ Prepare and transmit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, periodic financial management and project completion report
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 years of proven experience in the field of social and development communication, campaign and awareness raising
∎ At least three contracts as Team Leader in the development sector
∎ At least 15 years of which are required to be specially work on WASH sector at rural
∎ Demonstrated capacity in reports writing in English
∎ Reviewing performance appraisal in a participatory way and developing carrier path through appropriate training.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point etc.
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 120000 (Monthly)
