Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duration of Assignment: 2 years (24 months)
∎ Location of Assignment: Anywhere in Bangladesh (300 Upazila)
∎ Every manager for 1200 institutions in 2 years

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a team of 25+ staff for successful implementation of the assignment in the designated area/institutions
∎ Provide timely guidance and input to the project implementation activities in designated areas and institutions
∎ Organize workshop and training in designated areas and institutions
∎ Make regular field visit in designated areas and institutions
∎ Prepare event report and budget when necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on traditional and modern teaching learning practices
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in reading habit / related program management
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in team management / leading
∎ Experienced in organizing motivational workshop at field level and addressing such workshop as key resource person
∎ Ability to conduct regular field visit
∎ Should have minimum 2 years' experience in motivating students for book reading or similar community awareness
∎ High IT skill
∎ Excellent communication and motivational skill

Salary:
∎ Negotiable for all positions with Compensation & Other Benefits (Festival Bonus: 2)
