∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Must be experience in knitting section as a Technical Manager.
∎ Education can be considered for more capable person.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knitting Machine and Fabrication update developer.
∎ Let's solve all technical problems of all knitting Machine.
∎ If the production output of a machine is lower than the target, I'll check it. Take care to avoid such a problems.
∎ According to planning finish the work day by day. All worked is done according to plan.
∎ Immediate action should be taken on any problems of machine, Fabrics, Yarn, Floor and according to the Factory systems.
∎ Manage my subordinate employees and make the right decisions.
∎ Authorized my subordinate employees, Machine, production and delivery system.
∎ Take all steps to maintain the reputation of the company.
∎ New fabrics Developing constantly and displaying them to Buyer.
∎ Selection of Yarn ( Fabrics weight ) according to buyer requirement. Import raw materials according to company rules.
∎ Sample development through designing and strike off process according to buyers requirements.
∎ Make production planning according to shipment schedule.
∎ Have strong control over production team.
∎ Strongly follow up production quality as per buyers requirement.
∎ Development of new inquiry if buyers provide so on.
∎ Make good control about compliance requirements.
∎ Control Technical side of Knitting Machine
∎ 100% Operating the factory as per compliance rules, and maintaining administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skill Bangla & English Both.
Salary: Negotiable
