Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university/institution.
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public or Private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Mechanical, Safety & other utilities at factory.
∎ Operate maintenance and trigger corrective actions
∎ Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
∎ Follow weekly maintenance schedules and allocated works
∎ Supervising and training maintenance staffs/technicians
∎ Follow all compliance for factory as per high standard EHS regulations and practices on site.
∎ Participate in coordination of projects (constructions & new establishments)
∎ Conduct preventative maintenance work, conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work & safety inspections as scheduled.
∎ Stay up to date with latest policies, management best practices and concepts.
∎ Provide leadership and work as part of a team to coordinate and monitor mechanical maintenance works of all machineries and equipment’s at our garments factory.
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in our factory,
∎ Assess maintenance needs of all mechanical equipment’s, ensuring quality work of any kind of repair work conducted in-house or in workshops.
∎ Co-ordinate with unit supervisors to ensure effective maintenance of mechanical equipment’s through regular monitoring of maintenance activities
∎ Work closely with Directors to plan, organize and execute installation, and renovation projects.
∎ Work with executives and site team to resolve emergency issues, supervise local engineering teams.
∎ Work closely with contractors, sub-contractors and/or labours to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth operations of all production units.
∎ Carry out regular site visits and provide leadership to site teams.
∎ Find ways to reduce costs and conserve energy.
∎ Coordinate and manage administrative issues related to maintenance.
∎ Resolve any situation & any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05-7 year(s) working experience in installation, service, maintenance of factory machineries etc.
∎ At least 7 years' working experience in related industry.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali and strong analytical and numerical skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
