∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy, Master of Science (MSc)
∎ B.Sc in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy
∎ Master in relevant field will be added extra value.

∎ Ability to take initiative and generate ideas for complex situations.
∎ Knowledge/understanding of humanitarian architecture, disability inclusion standards, accessibility, etc.
∎ Diplomacy skills and ability to understand and handle multiple perspectives.
∎ Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and handle stress with limited supervision.
∎ Excellent oral and written English and Bangla and capacity to produce learning documents and products.
∎ Experience in the humanitarian context/ Cox’s Bazar context to provide rehabilitation services will be added extra value.
∎ Effective communication, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent team management skills.
∎ Creativity and ability to generate new ideas to improve rehabilitation services
∎ Inclusive Training facilitation skill
∎ Knowledge of accessibility and reasonable accommodation
∎ Skill in capturing good practices and documentation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting screening and assessments for the project participant and implementing the Rehabilitation interventions.
∎ Developing comprehensive rehabilitation treatment plans for individuals requiring follow-up rehab services, ensuring a holistic approach to healthcare.
∎ Identifying specific needs for Assistive Devices, Home Modifications, and making necessary referrals for additional medical and rehabilitation services.
∎ Evaluating and selecting appropriate assistive devices tailored to the unique needs of each client, enhancing their mobility and overall well-being.
∎ Ensure partners have a clear understanding of the Disability Inclusion Work Plan and collaborate with them to implement its principles effectively.
∎ Providing disability inclusion capacity development support to all project partners.
∎ Develop and execute training programs to empower staff within partner agencies.
∎ Provide technical support to partner agencies by promptly responding to requests for disability inclusion input and guidance on integrating disability inclusion into critical tools and documents.
∎ Participate in joint field visits alongside partner agencies. Provide on-the-job support and conduct monitoring activities to ensure the successful integration of disability inclusion practices.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on standards, identification disability awareness, inclusion, and etiquette for staff, volunteers, and community members.
∎ Conduct accessibility assessments of different facilities to identify and address barriers and provide recommendations for modifications.
∎ Create and distribute resources such as guides, toolkits, and educational materials on disability inclusion. Develop accessible IEC materials.
∎ Offer technical support to organizations in making their programs, services, and events accessible.
∎ Respect employer property & working hours.
∎ Respect CDD’s Code of Conduct and all policies.
∎ He/She will always adhere to the CDD's safeguarding and PSEAH policies. CDD has zero tolerance towards incidents of violence or abuse against children or adults, including sexual exploitation or abuse, committed either by employees or others affiliated with our work.
∎ Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CDD authority according to project needs.
∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
