Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters from any reputed University in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update monthly chemical inventory as per customer prescribe format.
∎ Chemical inventory log (CIL) collection from chemical supplier as per customer RSL & MRSL and keep up to date.
∎ Communicate with supplier for screen chemistry certificate.
∎ Monthly chemical delivery input in clean chain and update customer IPQ.
∎ Monthly in check trend analysis report preparation and send to customer.
∎ Season wise recipe and product review with production/merchandising team and keep record.
∎ Sundry, packaging material, trims, garments, and fabric test report review and keep record, also evaluate these suppliers. (Commercial Sample, Development, FOP/Bulk)
∎ Factory product safety RSL assessment.
∎ Maintain product safety related SOP and Policy.
∎ Quarterly RSL communication summery data update as per customer prescribe format.
∎ To ensure RSL applicable test by merchant team in sample and bulk stage of fabric and sundries as per Levi's standard and discuss in production engineering Review (PER) meeting and keeping record accordingly.
∎ Ensure the chemical storage in main store and sub store.
∎ Levi’s prescribed PC9 tracker update on online share folder as per requirement and record keeping accordingly.
∎ Training and evaluate production employees about the requirement of product safety.
