∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure regular field & fish farm visit.
∎ Arrange GD & seminars with farmers & other stakeholders on aquaculture management in whole nationwide Develop de-growth territory.
∎ Arrange meeting with field force as per business requirement.
∎ Responsible for monitoring packing materials & design Promote bio-security products for the farmers if required.
∎ Responsible for providing one stop technical support for aqua based cluster.
∎ Monitor customer feedback through demonstration & record keeping.
∎ Assist in customer complain handling and report to management.
∎ Ensure on the job training for the field force.
∎ Monitor and assist key fish feed customers and Fish feed based territory.
∎ Responsible for achieve fish feed target through sales team.
