Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical services including farm management guideline, prevention & treatment of diseases by physical observation, postmortem (where applicable) and over telephone to farmers (poultry, dairy & beef farmers).
∎ Visit farm on regular basis to prescribe products
∎ Visit Doctors, Consultants, Dealers and Chemists on regular basis to promote the  products
∎ Disseminating latest scientific information to the veterinary community and  exploring new markets
∎ Conducting scientific seminar/conferences for doctors & farmers (dairy& poultry) for promoting products and creating better relationship with the customers and business development.
∎ Training and educating MPI, TI, AI, RI to improve their products knowledge as well as farm management procedure.
∎ Educating farmers about farm management & to make familiar our veterinary products to the farmers Promoting products and sharing knowledge of latest treatment guideline to keep doctors up to date about company’s products.
∎ Liaison with different government and non-government organization for better business opportunity.
∎ Sales analysis and guiding of field personnel to improve their sales and achievement.
∎ Attending different conferences, seminars, relevant fairs and industrial events to represent the company.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer   satisfaction
∎ Visit potential and existing clients to analyze the client’s needs and to snatch the market share
∎ Identify the new products through market study to explore new business opportunities for the company.
∎ Build up strong relationship with doctor/consultants and prime customer
∎ Feedback contact with doctor, consultant & farmers after conducting seminar, conference & CME.
∎ Coordinate promotional work
∎ Enlist different types of farms
∎ Helps to achieve the product wise sales target
∎ Encourage & monitor our colleagues (MPI/TI/AI) to visit farm on regular basis
∎ Frequent market survey and submit report to the Management
