Educational Requirements:
∎ A doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a reputed institute is preferable.
∎ A master's in DVM with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the respective field is a must.
∎ Skills Required: agro based farm, Data Collection, Motorbike Driving, Problem solving and decision making, Training & Development, Veterinary medicine
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cattle Feeds, Poultry Farm Management, Poultry Feed Ingredients, Veterinarian, Veterinary medicine
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Context:
∎ Technical Support and Advice to Farmers and Dealers.
∎ Diagnosing and Treating Chicken & Cattle.
∎ Administering Medication.
∎ Arranging seminars & Market promotional activities.
∎ Work on Field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit poultry/cattle farms & Dealers for products.
∎ Organize clinical meetings and seminars for promoting products.
∎ Collect data and make a report on FCR (Feed conversion ratio), Feed intake, Bodyweight, production percentage, Mortality, etc.
∎ Educate field forces on poultry/cattle products, farming techniques, and diseases as well as selling and promoting skills.
∎ Provide advisory support to the clients for developing and managing new farms as well as existing farms.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to candidates interested in working in the sales department.
∎ A minimum of 05 years of Experience in Feed Industries with relevant job positions is a must.
∎ Good English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
∎ Work Under Pressure & Hard Working.
∎ Sound Knowledge of using Communication Software & Computer browsing.
∎ Must have skills in data analysis and report-making.
∎ Have a valid motorbike driving license(If needed).
