Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Specialist-Civic Engagement will be responsible for designing the innovative Civic Engagement model, develop and reviewing the technical tools.
∎ Mainly work for capacity building/strengthening, networking with Govt. and Civil society authorities and ultimately contribute to Results through developing the capacity of CSO and partner's staffs.
∎ The position will ensure gender transformation in the Civic Engagement component.
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a team member with proven track record of working at least three years with INGO/NGO with Civic Engagement with youth, especially young girls, women and left behind populations.
∎ The person needs to have a clearer and in-depth understanding of the political landscape and civil society engagement in Bangladesh.
Salary: Tk. 86870 - 108588 (Monthly)
