Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in Anthropology, Gender studies, or In any relevant subject from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate implementation of project plan for GESI in the Host and FDMN communities under PRM-WASH and Nutrition-Food Security project in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Facilitate the Gender integration interventions and ensure technical and strategic input to the program team for GESI.
∎ Conduct Gender GAP Analysis in project area within the scope of WASH and Nutrition-Food Security component
∎ Provide technical advice, direction and support to the team members in ensuring gender mainstreaming, in all aspect of project implementation.
∎ Coach, train, mentor staff and organize trainings to elevate their knowledge and understanding on the issue of GESI.
∎ Ensure effective fund management that is relevant to this position.
∎ Overall monitoring of the entire project through GESI lens on day to day basis, provide suggestions and feedback on where and how to improve; also take initiative for improvement in BC.
∎ Plan for timely purchase requisition in line with the project deliverables.
∎ Represent BRAC in any relevant thematic meetings with stakeholders and otherwise as needed;
∎ Any other responsibilities related to GESI, assigned by supervisor and senior management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).

∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
