∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Strong Proficiency in English.
∎ You must have a strong desire to adapt to the digital world while keeping up with modern technology. It is desirable to have the will to work hard.
∎ Preference will be given to those who are willing to serve at least 3 years.
∎ Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, adaptability, and initiative strong understanding of SIP technology, TDM technology, and IP Networks.
∎ Should have a proper idea about DIGITAL MARKETING and Telecommunication.
∎ Able to work under pressure without time boundaries to cover 24/7 support services.
∎ Should have good communication skills to perform technical support services. Experience in the IT industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ System logs, trace analysis, routing configuration, and Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
∎ Comes up with innovative solutions to various technical problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
