Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement environmental conservation and energy efficiency training programs
∎ Provide logistical support for training sessions and engage in collaborative efforts with partner organizations to develop educational resources.
∎ Collaborate closely with the Project Management team in the areas of project planning, training services, reporting, and documentation.
∎ Conduct meeting with personnel at all levels and coordinate with managers to determine and evaluate training and development requirements.
∎ Encourage community engagement by organizing awareness sessions and session to foster active participation in training programs
∎ Implement mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation in order to ascertain the efficacy of training programs.
∎ Facilitate efficient coordination and communication to synchronize training objectives with project goals
∎ Capture photographic and video documentation of training sessions, success tales, and innovative practices
∎ Conduct data collection from participants via field visits utilizing surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), observation, and key informant interviews (KII).
∎ Advocate for the establishment of repair maintenance centers and entrepreneurial initiatives in local communities.
∎ Promote collaborative innovation competitions as a means to foster inventive resolutions to pressing energy and environmental issues
∎ Establish dialogue with pertinent stakeholders, such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and local governing bodies, in order to cultivate backing for the undertaking
∎ Participate in a range of internal and external conferences pertaining to engineering matters and address inquiries and concerns raised by diverse groups, organizations, and individuals concerning engineering-related topics.
∎ Strictly enforce project timelines with regard to training sessions and significant milestones.
∎ Carry out additional pertinent responsibilities as mandated by the initiative and the organization.

Employment Status: Contractual
