Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential customers to pitch products/services, generate leads, and secure sales opportunities.
∎ To sell services / products over phone as per given instructions
∎ Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing queries and offering personalized solutions.
∎ Script Adherence: Follow predefined scripts while communicating with customers, adapting as needed to foster meaningful conversations.
∎ Identify what customers need and if they're happy with what we're offering.
∎ Collaborating with teams to coordinate efforts, share customer insights, and align strategies for improved sales performance.
∎ Perform statistical analysis and report findings to the Manager.
