Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Data Entry, lead generation, Marketing, Microsoft Office Applications
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to be make outbound calls to the USA to sell our products or services.
∎ Answer client questions using scripted or non-scripted and close the sales.
∎ Assist customers with all knowledge on our products and services during the sales call.
∎ Positive attitude
∎ Required Agent will have to be work at NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM-5:00 AM) from office.
∎ Excellent track records on MCA Live Transfer, Appointment setting will get preference.
∎ Work with management to build and grow a sales-oriented culture
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 28000 (Monthly)
∎ Attendance Bonus of 2000 BDT per month from the 3rd month of Employment.
Transportation allowance 1500Tk after 6 Months of employment.
Free dinner for the employees after 6 months of employment.
Weekly 2 Holidays. (Saturday & Sunday)
Festival Bonus (2) after 1 year of employment.
Sales Bonus-(you can earn 5-15k extra on top of your salary every month if you hit the sales target)
Incentives provided on the floor cash for the best performer in the day/ week
Compensation & Other Benefits:
