∎ ✅ Job Context: This is a full-time on-site role as a Telemarketing Executive. The role involves communicating with merchants in USA and converting leads to potential prospects interested for MCA, Line of Credit, Term Loans, Real Estate loans and so on.

∎ ✅ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Call USA Business owners and convert cold leads to warm leads• Schedule Appointments• Collect required documents to get funding approval• Regularly communicate with underwriter/lender• Follow up with customers and update them about the funding status• Email customers, lenders when required• Follow up calls for payment collection
∎ ✅ Requirements:
∎ • Educational: Minimum HSC/A Levels• Work Experience: At least (1 year) in the same field . Freshers are discouraged to apply.• Fluency in Spoken & Written English is a must
∎ Skills:
∎ Effective Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Live Transfer/Appointment Scheduling/ClosingStrong negotiation and sales skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced sales environmentProven track record of meeting sales targetsMinimum 1 year telemarketing experience
