∎ Must have computer basic knowledge
∎ Up-selling, Upgrading existing clients to next range of products
∎ Must be able to handle pressure
∎ Following business area(s) will get priority:
∎ Telesales (High Priority), Matchmaking Company, Start-up, Insurance Sales, BPO, Call Center .
∎ Skills and Competencies:
∎ Expert in Telesales/Direct Sales, Excellent verbal communication, Telephone etiquette, Selling and Telemarketing skills, Persuasive skills, Listening skills, Service orientation, Integrity

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
∎ Selling Membership/Subscription over the phone and meet assigned daily/monthly sales target given by the organization.
∎ Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
∎ Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages
∎ Providing the right customer experience.
∎ Job Purpose: To focus on sales revenue generation & meet targets by selling online membership/wedtech subscription over phone to the new and existing customers and maintaining relationships effectively.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
∎ Selling Membership/Subscription over the phone and meet assigned daily/monthly sales target given by the organization.
∎ Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
∎ Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages
∎ Providing the right customer experience.
