∎ SSC, HSC, Diploma in Business Studies
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training, Computer skill, Good communication skills, good listening skill, Hard Working
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction;
∎ Respond to customer inquiries;
∎ Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same;
∎ Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems;
∎ Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization;
∎ Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target;
∎ Supporting sales teams to hit weekly/monthly targets;
∎ Confident to take challenge and fulfill KPI;
∎ Candidates have to work 10 hours between 09Am AM to 9PM, Saturday to Thursday;
∎ If you accomplish the tasks, you will get an extra bonus on top of your salary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be self-motivated and dynamic.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Carnival bonus 2 times in the fiscal year after being permanent.
∎ Transportation allowance 1,000 TK. after completing the probation period.
∎ You can earn more than 12,000/- TK on top of your salary as performance bonus / target bonus.
∎ Yearly several parties like Iftar party, Christmas party, picnic, office tour, etc for recreation.
∎ There will be a 10-working day non-paid training before you join our probation period.
