Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing customers during night shifts (6:30 pm-4:30 am)
∎ Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with the callers.
∎ Demonstrate excellent sales and persuasive skills to promote and sell our products.
∎ Explain our products clearly to the customer and answer any questions or objections they may have.
∎ Follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Record and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN WORK AT NIGHT SHIFTS
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Sales Commission.
