Job Context:
∎ The person will represent Zaabibi, which is a lifestyle brand that sells luxury high quality affordable products both online and offline platforms, through its own marketplace.
∎ The responsible worker will be given some instructions of visiting certain locations to list vendors and to source certain category of products. However, it will be the role of the individual to explore the area and source products on their own initiative.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reaching out to vendors in selected locations and marketplaces across Dhaka City as assigned by the business development team.
∎ Inviting different local shops to get enlisted as vendors for Zaabibi and share details of their most selling products under different categories.
∎ Creating a catalogue of the most selling products from the different shops.
∎ Recording product photos, prices per unit, information on stock availability, and contact details of the respective vendors using a Google Form.
∎ Placing orders for specific products on behalf of Zaabibi by reaching out to the vendors selected by the business development team.
∎ Facilitating advance payment confirmation to vendors and sharing copies of purchase order receipts with the Zaabibi business development team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic understanding of the business moto and objectives.
∎ Ability to negotiate and influence and convince vendors.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Access to a smartphone with internet connection.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 4000 - 7500 (Monthly)
∎ The salary of Tk7,500 stated above is the maximum they can get over a month`s work. Each individual will get paid as per the number of days work and not monthly. The rate will be Tk 250-500 for a day`s work. Additional 50 taka will be provided for each day`s work to buy internet data.
