Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cash management, Delivery and Dispatch Process, Delivery Management, Dispatch and Return, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Field Visit, Fulfillment, Logistics Management, Vehicle Management, Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the team of fulfillment supervisors and riders in the assigned territory
∎ Effective Route Planning, Onboarding local Vehicles as per requirements
∎ Ensure proper loading and unloading without damaging the products
∎ Ensure Daily Cash Collection, Handle the fraud issues and hazard
∎ Proper alignment with cross functional teams of Sales and Sourcing department
∎ Daily meeting and Follow-up first to last OFD time
∎ Delivery follow-up with Fulfillment Supervisors
∎ Follow-up daily logistic
∎ Frequent Hub & Market Visit to follow-up and ensure the smooth operations
∎ CM2 Calculation, Productivity & Adoption, Reporting etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of leading a big team
∎ Good knowledge in logistics and delivery operation (out bound)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Additional Incentive up to 35,000 BDT
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy
