Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain operational activities of distribution house by supervising field forces and coordinating with necessary contact points and following up contributions for efficient workflow.
∎ Guide distributions house field forces and asses sales performance according to the KPIs and business needs.
∎ Meet & visit with customers to address concerns, provide solutions, and discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
∎ Ensure all types of developmental activities of the distribution house, which includes minimizing the distribution gap by onboarding new retail shops, managing quality sales in retail shops, ensuring brand presence through visibility in retail (shops), and building good trade relationships with retailers.
∎ Meet monthly targets given by the business team.
