∎ Good Managerial Skill to lead the sales team in achieving set targets

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guide and cooperate the farmers about smart farm management systems
∎ Collect competitor’s data/ information
∎ Keep the sales target information of the assigned area
∎ Willing to achieve the set target
∎ Reporting on visited farms dealers and other related issues
∎ Conduct meeting with Farmers/Dealers and motivate them about our products
∎ Willing to accept and accomplish professionally any assignment given by the management
