Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Meeting the monthly target with widespread distribution
∎ • Coverage of all two in his/her territory
∎ • Making the required number of sales call
∎ • Checking, and visiting all display outlets
∎ • Increasing the standards of display and merchandising
∎ • Visiting and attending to customer complaints
∎ • Ensuring the service levels of stockist credit frequency, collection, etc.
∎ • Ensuring the infrastructure of the stockist- unit, quantity of salesmen, delivery boy etc.
∎ • Physical stock clearing
∎ • Reviewing interim sales
∎ • Briefing the stockiest on the month’s activities
∎ • Ensuring cheque encashment
∎ • Ensuring stock receipt from transporters
∎ • Visiting bank if cheque overdue
∎ • Preparing claims
∎ • Preparing damages and shortage claims
∎ • Ledger maintenance
∎ • Maintain up-to-date files
∎ • Training of DVSMs and ISRs
∎ • Briefing ISR and SSM on months' activities, set targets and action plans
∎ • SFA Activity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
Salary: Negotiable
