Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Driving primary and secondary sales in line with the company’s growth target.
∎ Managing distributors through providing support in distributors’ business planning and execution.
∎ Leading, developing and monitoring distributor’s field force & Sales Officers to ensure sales target.
∎ Ensuring the product availability and visibility through flawless execution of trade and merchandising activities in the market.
∎ Driving the Basic Sales KPIs of individual and Team.
∎ Ensuring world class customer service and drive innovation in the marketplace.
∎ Developing capability of Sales Officers through planning, preparing of calendar and coaching (Classroom & On the job).
