Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare an action plan to achieve monthly sales targets of the territory.
∎ Supervise and monitor the Sales Representatives (SR) to achieve their daily target.
∎ Assist in appointing new distributors and help weak distributors in developing sales.
∎ Compile, monitor and analyze target vs. Primary & Secondary Sales figures regularly.
∎ Handle “Sales Objection” and address in a professional approach.
∎ Monitor competitor activities, update Sales, Distribution, Marketing activity & feedback to supervisor.
∎ Contribute and assist to develop and execute regional plan.
∎ Focus on new customer development and retention of existing customers to achieve sales growth.
∎ Train the Sales Representatives (SR) regarding product knowledge and sales skill development.
