Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets to increase revenue.
∎ Maintaining & increasing sales of company's product.
∎ Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
∎ Participate in promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.
∎ Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
∎ Monitor competition within assigned region.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports to National Sales Manager.
∎ Monitoring Brand promoter performance and motivating them to reach targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Proven experience as a Territory Manager.
∎ Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred.
∎ Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Organizational and leadership ability.
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.

Salary: Negotiable
