∎ Must have standard computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS- Excel).
∎ Skills Required: Dealer development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Distribution management, Retail Sales and Marketing, Sales Reporting.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify new markets and dealers, follow up accordingly.
∎ Monitor and lead respective sales representatives to achieve overall company goals.
∎ Achieving monthly sales and collection targets with/by Sales representatives.
∎ To set up new dealers & able to conduct their activities according to company rules.
∎ Responsible for Territory sales activities, regular market visits to the retailer, and develop new area-wise sales points (Distributor, Retailers).
∎ Regular collection monitoring and meeting the collection target maintaining less risk of dealer default.
∎ Tracking, recording & reporting sales on daily basis.
∎ Secondary Sales management (daily and monthly report to senior managers)
∎ Monitor and Increase Market growth
∎ Dealer stock Merchandising
∎ Promote product merchandising of outlets via sales officer
∎ Develop SR-Shopkeeper relationship
∎ Work in a team under the direct supervision of senior Sales manager in formulating marketing & sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of the company.
∎ Collect competitor's necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Reducing the rate of ‘damage products’
∎ Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is hiring TSM for its sales & marketing department. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.
