Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute sales and collection targets by organizing and monitoring sales activities to achieve and surpass territory goals;
∎ Manage & monitor the entire sales and distribution process of product from depot to customer to achieve sales targets and set product-specific order to ensure continuous product availability in customers point;
∎ Conduct regular market research and gather competitor information to inform strategic planning and ensure sales targets are met and exceeded;
∎ Create, maintain, and submit the credit proposal with required document for new customers to facilitate market extension, ensuring effective credit and debtor management by timely collection of sales proceeds within the due date;
∎ Engage directly with customers, including dealers, distributors, retailers, and end-users, to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction;
∎ Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer service;
∎ Coordinate and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales;
∎ Implement strategies to minimize product returns, ensure timely product liquidation, and optimize inventory management practices;
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions;
∎ Undertake any other assignments assigned by the Supervisor related to the sales & marketing;
