∎ Minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail management, preferably within the electronics or home appliances sector.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of electronics and home appliances, including key products, features, and market trends.
∎ Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily store operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and in line with company policies.
∎ Maintain store aesthetics, including product displays, cleanliness, and layout, to enhance the overall customer experience.
∎ Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security protocols are strictly followed.
∎ Drive sales performance by providing staff with sales training, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
∎ Implement and manage sales promotions and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Monitor and analyze store performance reports, including sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory management, to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Communicate store performance metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
∎ Serve as the primary liaison between store teams and upper management, ensuring clear communication of objectives, policies, and performance expectations.

∎ The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of retail stores specializing in electronics and home appliances. This role requires a proactive leader who ensures exceptional customer service, drives sales performance, maintains accurate inventory, and fosters a high-performing team. The TSO will also ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards while actively contributing to the store’s growth and success.
