∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple Distributor, Retail Partners & customers effectively.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from sales data.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Execute sales plans and strategies within the assigned territory.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and expand the brand’s presence within the territory.
∎ Develop relationship with key retailers and dealers to maximize sales potential.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and business partners.
∎ Provide support to customers on product-related queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
∎ Monitor sales trend, market dynamics and competitors’ activities in the territory.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including analysis of sales performance, potential issues, and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Ensure the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and merchandising initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Ensure proper placement of promotional materials at sales points and maintain brand standards.
∎ Coordinate with distributors to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
∎ Monitor product availability and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
