Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving value and volume sales target in the demarcated area in stipulated periods of time.
∎ Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to Line Manager.
∎ Developing retail and Channel Partner in new market.
∎ Maintaining relationships with external stakeholder to get optimum result.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
∎ Direct sales activity: Visit Cement & Steel Shop, Hardware shop, Real estate Company, Block & Tiles factory, Civil engineer & Contractor, construction sites, govt. and non govt. stakeholder.
∎ Candidate having experience in Cement industry, Rod Industry & Admixture Company is highly encouraged to apply.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry, Chemical Industries, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel, Trading or Export/Import
Salary:
∎ Salary: Tk.14,000/=, TA/DA=6000/= Fixed, Mobile Bill:-500/=,Total=20,500/= (Salary Based On Target Of 1,30,000/=) To get full paid you have to Achieve 100% of your target.

∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
