∎ 1) expertise in patient care, medication administration, and clinical documentation
∎ 2)Strong ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
∎ 3)Skilled in handling emergency and critical care situations with calm and efficiency
∎ 4)Competence in managing IV lines, catheterization, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
∎ 5)Proficient in operating medical equipment and supporting doctors during procedures
∎ 6)Excellent communication skills for patient education and family counseling.

∎ Ensure proper hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients
∎ Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow hospital protocols
∎ Educate patients and families on health care plans and post-treatment care
∎ Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
∎ Follow infection control measures and ensure cleanliness of assigned areas
∎ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
