Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Running Student from any reputed university.
∎ Educational qualification is relax able in case of experienced candidates.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates working in Call Center Manager , Cabin Crew , Hotel Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales and Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Company Clients .
∎ Promote Products to our clients for creating demand and achieving sales target.
∎ Achieve assigned Sales Target.
∎ Develop strong relationships with Customers.
∎ Ensure all the compliance of the company and timely submit all reports.
∎ Ability to handle Clients and satisfy them (as per the Service Policy of the organization).
∎ Any type of task given by manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart,Good Looking ,professional dress, and manner
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Candidates have to be Confident and Self Motivated.
∎ Candidates must understand the Client's needs and identify the scope for Sales opportunities.
∎ Ability to identify potential customers and develop sustainable relationships with them.
∎ Strong Price Negotiation Capability.
∎ Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision Making Capability.
∎ Solid Analytical Ability, Good Presentation and Convincing Skills.
∎ Excellent Face to Face and Over Phone Communication Ability to convince customers.
∎ Written and Oral Communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable.
∎ Must have Computer Proficiency, Internet Browsing and Email using capability.
∎ Candidates who have frequent job switching tendencies are requested not to apply.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Handsome Incentive As per Company Policy. Performance bonus. Friendly working environment.
