Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Bachelor of Urban and Rural Planning. Masters of Urban and Regional Planning.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Auto CAD/GIS-based Master plan and databases for housing projects.
∎ Feasibility Study, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Transport Impact Assessment (TIA) at subdivision scale.
∎ Prepare and modify layout plans of housing projects.
∎ Update the sales layout and purchase Map of housing projects.
∎ Contact for approval with Government, semi government and autonomous agencies and authorities.
∎ Site supervision for project implementation.
∎ Coordinate land survey (Total station and GPS)
∎ Update map of land purchase, new sale and cancel plot.
Salary: Negotiable
