Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of business applications.
∎ Understand the application-related issues and communicate with development team to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
∎ Supervise system testing and quality assurance to ensure applications function properly.
∎ Work with business users to understand their needs and provide application support accordingly.
∎ Document application issues and solutions, providing reports on resolution status.
∎ Assist in the creation of functional and related documentation.
∎ Participate in application upgrades and enhancements, testing new features before deployment.
∎ Work with IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and deliver of applications.
∎ Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or issues to senior team members or development team.
∎ Work closely with Business development department to explore new opportunity.
