Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up of visual inspection of billet quality & produced MS bar
∎ Follow up of mechanical tests of deformed bars according to different standards
∎ Handle metallurgical microscope regarding several tests for metallographic properties & bars
∎ Follow up log management for production, billet chemistry, laboratory store, instruction register, alloy consumption, lining register, manpower management etc
∎ Coordination with SMS and Rolling Mill for production personnel.
∎ Visit customer complaints if there is any & solution the same.
∎ Follow standard operating procedure (SOP) strictly for entire operations & work.
∎ Ensure checking of all raw materials as per SOP.
∎ Compile quality MIS for defined time period, identify relevant trends and patterns

∎ Age 24 to 28 years
