Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work in a roster to cover 3 shifts per day, ensuring 24x7 service delivery.
∎ Maintain 24x7 communication with the top 20 ISP clients via live chat and other tools.
∎ Collaborate with O&M teams to provide real-time fault resolution updates to clients.
∎ Proactively deliver effective updates to clients to make them feel valued.
∎ Follow the internal escalation matrix for faster fault restoration.
∎ Log accurate complaint details using systems and tools efficiently.
∎ Prioritize client satisfaction during all the communications.
