∎ Basic computer knowledge & English language proficiency.
∎ Good communication skills & Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Completing all tasks set by the superior and assisting wherever possible.
∎ Should have fundamental knowledge regarding Gear, Cam, Cam Shaft & it’s mechanism.
∎ Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
∎ Conduct shift meeting with all operators.
∎ Support to M/C start and M/C operation and basic maintenance work.
∎ Have to manage operator lunch/breaktime/dinner and support to machine operation.
∎ Implement 5S, TPM, KYT, activities & safety system in the production floor.
∎ Collect necessary chemical from warehouse and maintain record.
∎ Production quality ensure and production delay follow-up.
∎ Willing to do OT & Shifting duty.
∎ Shift wise must meet production target and report to superior.
∎ Any other task assign by the department manager.
