∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ BBA/ MBA in Accounting, Accounting & Information System, Finance, Finance & Banking or any related field

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records.
∎ Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
∎ Update stock levels in inventory software or ERP systems.
∎ Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders or delivery challans.
∎ Inspect materials for quality, quantity, and any damage.Issue materials to departments based on requisitions.
∎ Communicate with procurement, production, and accounts teams regarding stock availability and requirements.
∎ Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
