Job Context:
∎ Aman Knittings Ltd(Unifill Group) is looking for enthusiastic candidates who will be working as Trainee Executive for smoothing the operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to be Smart, Energetic, Self-Motivated to gain knowledge on the laws/circulations related to Cash Incentive.
∎ Have to handle Cash incentive related all works independently.
∎ Coordinate and follow-up with Bank, BGMEA, Nominated Audit firm & other related offices as per the requirement.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities of Cash Incentive relating to import & Export.
∎ Collect import & Export all documents from concerned authority, prepare form "Kha" & "Gha" and various procedures for cash incentive accordingly and attain bank formalities.
∎ Capable of handling Import & Export documents and maintaining all related documents regarding cash incentive.
∎ Monitor sale contract shipment status to proceed & prepare all formalities to avail cash incentive facility.
∎ Responsible for Collecting Cash Incentive Certificates from the Bank and forwarding the certificate for payment to the Central Bank.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills in both written and speaking in English
∎ Smart, Energetic, Self-Motivated
∎ Good in MS-Office,Excel
